In 2018, Dustin Tenney and Daniel Holloway left their teaching careers to pursue commercial real estate, quickly building one of the top retail brokerage teams in the Upstate. They prioritize relationship-building, client education, and delivering value through hard work and creativity.

Sold a 431,000 SF enclosed mall in the heart of Spartanburg, SC for $15,150,000. RRR procured multiple offers and sold the property to an experienced mall operator.
Harrison Bridge Shops – Simpsonville, SC
Sold a new construction 3-tenant strip center featuring McAlister’s Deli, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Chop Barbershop. RRR handled the site selection, leasing, and disposition at a sales price of $5.1M.
Simpsonville Exchange – Simpsonville, SC
Sold a fully leased Food Lion anchored shopping center at the premier intersection in Simpsonville, SC for $7.2M. RRR also facilitated a ground lease on the outparcel to the center as a value add for the buyer.
Dunkin’ Strip – Anderson, SC
Sold a newly constructed 3-tenant strip center in Anderson, SC featuring Dunkin’, Tropical Smoothie, and AT&T. RRR handled he site selection, leasing, and disposition of the center. Sold for $3.8M.
Woodruff Village – Greenville, SC
Sold a fully leased shopping center anchored by Planet Fitness and Habitat for Humanity. RRR handled the lease up and stabilization of the center as well as the disposition. Sold for $10.7M.
West Central Plaza – Albequerque, NM
RRR collaborated with our New Mexico office to sell a Conn’s and Burlington Anchored shopping center for $17M.
